Consists of two mimeographed stage scripts for one act plays by Edward Albee, 1928-. The plays are The American Dream and The Death of Bessie Smith. Each is accompanied by a Stage Play License, signed by the Lord Chamberlain, 20 October 1961, premitting performance by the English Stage Company at the Royal Court Theatre, Sloane Square, S.W.1 [London]. The accompanying licenses are printed forms filled-in and carry the signature Scarbrough as Lord Chamerlain.
